5:00 pm – 5:15 pm – Registration & Fee Collections ($10 cash/student)
5:15 pm – 5:30 pm – Stretches & Warm-ups begin
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Groups of 3/5 students Try-Out in front of judges & coaches

Tryout Attire:
Hair slicked back in high ponytail with white bow
Plain White tank top, crop top, racerback or t-shirt
Plain Black shorts, spankies or leggings

Tryout Documentation / Registration:
$10.00 Cash Tryout Fee per Athlete (non-refundable) or PayPal
(Once the fee is obtained, followed by a receipt, the athlete may pick a tryout number & stand in line with a coach’s instructions)

Athletes must stay in line at all times and avoid distracting the upcoming try-out athletes. They must exit the gym floor immediately and results will be posted on our team app once all tryout dates have been completed in order to form appropriate level teams, etc. Individual scores and critiques will be emailed to the contact information on the Hardcore Athletics Registration & Waiver Form. The initial parent meeting will be THURSDAY, June 13th at 7:00 pm while the kids are in their summer tumbling & skills class. Please see this date in the Special Events tab for more details.

For returning members, if you pay in advance (BEFORE JUNE 9th) for the Loves Annual Gym Registration Fee ($40.00 or for multiple siblings $60) and the Hardcore Registration Fee ($60.00 or for multiple siblings $80) – you will receive a $20.00 discount from Hardcore and it will be deducted from your seasonal invoice. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. I can’t accept credit card payments as extra fees apply. Please pay through PayPal (friends and family option checked) to avoid additional fees as well. You must type in my email (ashley.edwards10@yahoo.com) or my cell (210-882-0173) for my name to appear in PayPal for payment confirmation. Please link your bank accounts to your PayPal accounts for easier transactions.
